Second post.  So over the course of the last year and a half I have really slacked on my training.  In October 2011 I was extremely fit.  I could do more than 25 pull ups in a row, squat 315 for 20 repetitions and bench 110 pound dumbbells for 10 repetitions.  I was 225 pounds, 6 feet tall, and ran a 5:50 mile.  So today will be the first update of the next 30 days.  I will post pictures of me over each week.  I have changed my diet and will post my dietary journal for each week.  To start the month I weighed in at 230 pounds on March 25, 2013.  As I said the first pics will be posted in the coming days.  Hopefully, you will find some motivation or useful information to use over the course of the next month.  I will be posting videos of health shake recipes I've created and other foods that are great to eat to help lose weight.
