Workout 5/24/2013

Here is a great traditional workout.  Take no more than 2 minutes rest between sets and don't forget to warm up for 5 minutes first.

3 sets hang clean
3 sets dumbbell bench press
3 sets bent over row
3 sets sqauts
3 sets uppercut bicep curls
3 sets dips
3 sets of max time Plank
3 sets of 30 slow bicycle crunches
3 sets of max time Superman
