My workout from today:

10 pull ups

1 set of TRX power pull with each arm, 10 reps
1 set of TRX rows 10 reps
1 set of 10 TRX overhead extension
2 sets of TRX power pull with each arm 10 reps
2 sets of 10 pull ups
2 sets of 10 rows

1 set of 20 TRX pikes
200 meter run
1 set of 20 TRX pikes
200 meter run
1 set of 20 TRX pikes
200 meter run
